If you are not from a visa-exempt country, you are generally eligible to apply for the Ivory Coast e-Visa. Applicants must meet the following conditions:
1. Nationality

Your passport must be valid for at least six (6) months from your date of arrival.4. Required Documents

5. Entry Point Requirement
The Ivory Coast e-Visa is only valid for entry through Félix Houphouët-Boigny International Airport in Abidjan.It cannot be used at land borders or other airports.
Who Cannot Apply for an Ivory Coast e-Visa?
You cannot apply for an Ivory Coast e-Visa if:1. You Are from a Visa-Exempt Country
ECOWAS nationals and other exempt travelers do not require a visa at all—therefore, they are not eligible for the e-Visa system.2. Your Travel Purpose Is Not Covered by the e-Visa
